1. Regulations on the delivery scope

For products of Green Papaya Vegetarian Restaurant and La Hoa Flowers Speak, there is a delivery radius of 4 km. Address: 178B Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
For other products, we ship nationwide.

2. Regulations on delivery fees

Currently Journey of the Senses charges 30,000 VND for orders over 2km (calculated by Google map). Or more according to the delivery app Ahamove, Grab, Sapo Express...

3. Delivery time regulations

a. Delivery Time: Journey of the Senses commits to deliver at the latest at the time promised to the customer after confirming the order. Changes to earlier or later delivery times will be notified and agreed upon with the customer prior to delivery.

b. Regulations on delivery time frame of Green Papaya Vegetarian Shop: the last time to receive orders will be 30 minutes before closing time.

c. When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment of the delivery staff first, then please check if the product has any defects or defects. Please keep the shipping receipt for checking. In case of payment by non-cash forms, the customer does not need to pay with the delivery staff.

Note: The order will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot contact the Customer at the time of delivery (maximum 3 calls and each time is 5 minutes apart).
